Warranty possibilities at Hismith Europe

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal guarantee. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This guarantee does not detract from the legal guarantee.

Does the product show a defect upon receipt? Or does it suddenly stop working properly? Do not send the product back without first contacting us. We can provide you with a shipping label at a reduced rate. You can reach us via e-mail [email protected] or via the Live Chat function within the webshop(s). You will then receive a return number (RMA #) from us along with the correct address for returning the items. Should you make a successful warranty claim, all costs (including shipping costs) will be for our account.
