These General Terms and Conditions of the Dutch Home Shopping Organization (hereinafter referred to as: Thuiswinkel.org) have been drawn up in consultation with the Consumers' Association (consumentenbond) within the framework of the Coordination Group Self-Regulation Consultation (CZ) of the Social and Economic Council and will come into effect on the 1st of June 2014.
